Exporting HP Laptops to Africa, any restrictions apart from customs?

i am looking to open a business in Ghana and will be buying up to a 100 laptops, are there any export restrictions apart from the usual custom tarrif, like licenses and all that. Thanks

1. export, no but likely a gazillion import limitations at the Ghana gov. getting consistent internet connections is going to be a challenge.
