Is this possible for me to do on my own - it's still under warranty, but contacting HP and getting them to fix it is such a hassle, I feel like I could do it myself, and faster. The guys at Geek Squad said it'll be really expensive to have an outside company do it. Can I purchase the drive from and online store? I don't know what kind to get, and I don't want to end up with an external one on accident. I just want to make sure I buy the right product...
