My HP digital camera sim card is locked. How do i unlock it?

When i try to take a picture it says that its locked.

1. You are probably talking about your SD card ... Cameras (except those on cell phones) don't usually have a Subscriber Identity Module (sim) card in them. You need to take the card out of your camera and move the little locking switch on the card. Leave it unlocked. In photography, there really isn't much reason to ever lock it.
2. It sounds like you have a Secure Digital (SD) card. Remove the card from the camera (it's either in the battery compartment or behind some other door that should be labeled). If it's an SD card, there is a little slide switch on the side that says "lock" or "unlock." Just slide this switch back to the "unlock" position and you should be good.
