How do I burn the videos I downloaded from my HP digital camera?

Do I burn them on CDR or DVDR? I am on a Dell XPS

1. Depends on the format used. If it's 640x400 AVI you might be able to import them in Movie Maker and render a VCD or DVD there Nero might also be able to render either a VCD or DVD from the direct file. If it's anything else you need to convert to AVI format in full size first. If it's a 320x200 15 FPS format, then you are almost virtually out of luck.
