  1. try staples or radio shack. They have everything.
  2. Go to HP.com and download the manual here. http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h_pagetype=s-001&h_lang=en&h_cc=us&h_product=12117&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&cc=us You could by a replacement cord at most camera/electronics stores by bringing in your camera and searching for a USB cord that matches it on one end. Different models use different cords. A better solution would be to get an inexpensive memory card reader (less than $25) which lets you download pictures without draining the battery of your camera. Also, if you buy a model that takes several different memory cards, you can use it with cards from friends and from any camera you buy in the future.
  3. I agree with George. Download the manual from HP.com and use a card reader instead of a cable. Any software (including windows explorer) will see the card and allow you to copy the photos to your hard drive. If you have any photo processing software on your computer, it will probably automatically sense the picture card and offer to download the shots for you.
