1. newegg.com search for digital cameras there. I almost gurantee that you will find the best deals and the lowest price for the digital camera you buy. I bought a canon a620 and it came with a 2gb memory sd card, all for 240. That's the best price I've seen anywhere.....still, and I bought the camera 5 months ago.
2. How cheap? You can get a decent Kodak camera for $100. The cheapest way is to look at Sunday newspaper ads and buy what's onsale.
