4. I've had really good luck on eBay. I try to find a seller who has an item they have slightly used and replaced; somebody who has 100% feedback, with at least 100 transactions; and then use PayPal, so I can get my money back if there are problems. Ask the seller a lot of questions before you bid, though. Don't assume anything. And try to go with one that will refund your money if item is returned in a certain amount of time. And stay away from inflated shipping costs, as those don't usually get refunded. I've bought two cameras like that on eBay, and got real bargains. I♥♫→mia☼☺†
5. You can do a Local search on google.com or even better go to ebay and do a search there. Even if they are not in georgia , you can get great digital cameras from any other state in the us. for little shipping. But the best place to buy something is at ebay. And don't go with brand;s that you don't recognize or the ones that you've never heard of, go with the magor brands the one that are recognize by the qualiy of their product's like HP, Canon and Kodak. They are one of the top manufactorer's for this type of gadgets, and may seem expensive, but at ebay you can get them for less than half of the retail price. As well as RadioShack , as I said before right now they are doing a promotion with the digital camera & printer combos. here are some links of the camera&printer combos.
