Any cheap digital cameras with timelapse(intervalometer) function?

I,m looking on Ebay for a cheap digital camera that can do timelapse of an experiment. I know that Canon G3,G4,G5,S2IS,S3IS,S45,S50 have an intervalometer but they are generaly over US$150.

1. The early Pentax Optio S 3 meg. series digital camera is your best bet. There old enough to be under $100 bucks, but still good enough to an an built in intervalometer. It also has a built in alarm clock. Small enough to fit inside a cigarette box. Try winning the bid for this on Ebay (not mine).
