Please help me decide which of these 3 digital cameras is the best?

I want to buy a nice digital camera. I've heard good things about the Canon PowerShot SD750/ SD 800/ SD 850, Canon PowerShot A630/640, and Sony Cybershot DSC T100. These seem to be the 3 top models based on reviews. Can anyone help me decided which is the best? Or if there is another model that is also good or possibly better? Thanks in advance for your help!

1. i would suggest also looking into what Nikon has to offer i like the powershot A640 but for a simple camera the nikon coolpix cameras are very convenient
