Where is the best point and shoot digital camera reviews site?

Since choosing one of these is a purely personal thing, I'd like to find somewhere that will show me what I'm looking for. In case any of you know of a camera that fits my description, here are the requirements I'm looking for: I will simply be saving them on my computer, so quality isn't my strongest concern. - 7.2 MPs or more - $300 maximum - *No* shutter lag! My strongest concern! - Small / thin, not the bulky SLRs - Video mode with zooming, so no Sonys =/ - Rechargeable battery Thank you!
