Does anyone own and have any reviews or suggestions about digital cameras? I want to stay within the 100-200?

dollar price range, and want a decent every day use camera, but don't need a TON of features. Just good quality pictures, quick "snap time", i'd prefer a camera that doesn't run on regular batteries, but a rechargable battery, with good batttery life, a compact camera, and capable of holding a lot of pictures with the use of a memory card, and decent zoom. Several cameras i'm thinking about include: Samsung L830 Sony Cybershot DSC-W80 Kodak EasyShare M863 -Thanks

  1. I got an Easy Share from Geeks.com and I really like it. Good quality photos
  2. They have some real good cameras out. A few things to aim for would be the highest mega-pixel you can find in your price range. For zoom optical is always better than digital. I believe they recommend at least 6 mega-pixel for 5"x7" prints. Canon has a very good reputation for reliability and ease of use. I believe most of their cameras come with decent photo editing software too. The A470 shoots an impressive 7.1 megapixels and features a 3.4x optical zoom. It will be available in March at an estimated price of $129.99. This camera lacks many of the extra features of more expensive point and shoot models, but it’s still a quality entry level camera, with features appropriate for its very affordable price. 3. Samsung L830 is not a very well reputed camera.. Cybershots usually have extreme Red-Eye problem. Kodak usually have poor flash range. Still if u want to go for it then its ok otherwise u can also look at the following cameras. They all are very good cameras in their respective price ranges. Around 120$ ----------------- Nikon L11 Fujifilm F20 Around 200$ ----------------- Fujifilm F40fd. Fujifilm S700 (S5700). Olympus FE-250 Samsung S85
  4. Go for a Canon Powershot A550.
  5. i recommend canon a720 to you it has 7.1mp, 4x optical zoom and its price is 220$ or you can also buy canon a560 7.1mp, 4x optical zoom its price is 130$
  6. a good place to compare is on stevesdigicams website. many types of camera are tested & appraised in quite a few areas, it is well worth looking at .
