Which brand is better for digital cameras? SONY or CANON?
I am looking to buy a 6mp digital camera...the cute compact one. I see alot of Canon, Sony, and Fujifilm. Which is the better brand?

- Canon is the best of all of them by far!
- Canon it was originally a camera company. Sony has better tvs
- I have a Canon and it's great.
- Canon ... they last ( most of the time) and they are cute
- I have a Fuji, and it is a great camera, but you can't go wrong with any you mentioned.
- SONY ALL THE WAY on fri i was comparing cameras a t a store and sony kicked tush k bye
- i think sony because that is what my dad uses
- Canon and Nikon are the best brands for cameras, especially SLR film or digital. For point and shoot, I know many people extremely satisfied with the Powershot. Personally, I don't know anyone with a Coolpix so I can't comment on Nikon (I am extremely pleased with my D50 though), and I also know several people who love their Olympus point and shoot cameras. For Sony, I have a cybershot and thought it was ok, my results were blurry at times. If you go that route I recommend getting one with a Zeiss lens.
- Canon is the best Camera. But Sony for other things is good.
- Definitely Canon. what i really love about them is that they have many neat functions like the one where u can make one color stand out from the rest and everything else black and white! i love it!!!!! no other camera that i know of has that function
- Don't get a Sony. They only take Sony's memory sticks, and they're expensive to replace. I would go for a Canon, they are a good brand and they use SD cards which are WAY cheaper than sony's crap.
