What are the best compact digital cameras for under 200 dollars?

What camera do you think is the best for under 200 dollars? I like canon's bright colored ones do you think thoose are the best?

1. I Like the Canon PowerShot SD1000 7.1MP Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Black) - around $160 at Computizone. This is a very good digital camera in such a small size. The only problem that I find is its zooming. It does not zoom at slow speed. It is difficult to zoom any object in between the limits. But that is not a very serious issue. In a tiny camera like this the facilities that it has is wonderful. It fits well in the pocket and because of corners does not slip off quickly. It's movie clips are good and fine. I find it to be very handy one. I have a Cannon SLR. That one is big to carry and cannot be taken out quickly for some quick shots. This camera is easy to carry and has good performance. I like it.
2. Well, personally if you want a really cheap and nice camera. Get the vivitar 5385. You can buy it in Wallmart. It takes awesome pictures. The battery kinda runs out fast. But it's a great camera. It's 100++ Dollars. Or if not, the Canon A520 is nice too. the pictures are bright. And the battery doesn't run out that fast.
