Difference between color accent and color swap on Canon cameras?

Can someone explain on the difference between color accent and color swap on Canon digital cameras.

1. not familiar with canon cameras, but I've read that color accent turns the whole picture black and white except for the color you select (like red, or blue). color swap to me seems like a mode where the reds would be changed to blue or vice versa.
