will these speakers work n my laptop?

1. They will work, if you are planning on keeping them in the same place and not lugging them around with your laptop. The speakers you listed are "Powered" speakers and need to be plugged into a wall outlet to work. As far as the difference between a headphone and a speaker jack, there is none. They both will work with speakers or headphones. The sound quality would be the same.
2. yeah it will be the same. The speakers are amplified and will have their own volume control. It will rock dood!!!! :) good luck :)
