Is it really worth to get a lap-top from US?

guys i've planned to buy a new laptop from HP. now i'm having following doubs. 1. is it really worth to get it from US? 2. i found hp allows to customize our laptop and then they build it according to our specifications. but i found the amount comes upto $1500(rs 58000). but for the same configued laptop in india in indian rupee would be 75000-80000.is that relialbe? 3.is it good buy the extra accessories from us or can we get those from INDIA itself? 4.suppose when i get laptop from us(hp) & i encounter any problem does hp provide international warranty to that product? .
