what is the difference between "Graphic Printer" and other laser printers?

I do need a b/w printer to print my freehand line drawings(JPEG), I saw some laser printers titled "graphic printers". are they esp. good for printing graphics? so if the same price, a "graphic laser printer" prints graphics/JPEG drawings better than a regular laser? anyone can recommend one around $200? thank you.
