- If you're wanting to game, go with a desktop - laptops are horrible for gaming. I've heard of many people complaining that it over heats easily. For WoW, yes, that would definitely work.
- Great computer, but Window Vista tempt to run slower than others. Maybe if you are good with programming try Ubantu (linuxx). Or mac software for better graphic and less virus. If you really want to keep your Vista, you can always use the program off microsoft website and use the virtual drive. You can always run the games on virtual drive to achieve the objective, in your case (gaming).
- I play my WOW on my laptop its a Gateway 7500 series amd athlon 64, If you have good memory and a better than average graphics card you will be okay. I suggest upgrading your graphics card and getting a 256, that is intergrated. As that is what i have on mine the ati radeon x600. I have no problems running wow, along with other applications at the same time with no lag spikes. 1.58 ghz, 1g ram. I bought it used off of NewEgg for 700 bucks and works perfectly.
