What bussiness supplies would I need? HELP! QUICK!?

Im planning on setting up an online business that I will run at home. It will sell personalized merchandise, specializing in t-shirts, and also pre-made graphics. what sort of supplies should i buy to start it up. i.e. computers, printers, blank t-shirts... sorry. i forgot to mention that this is a homework project in my econ class. so its purely hypothetical.

1. Buy manila file folders. They are cheap and will keep your life organized. Buy a calculator with a tape too. You will need a computer if you dont have one and printer. You dont need to run out right away, wait until you get started, then buy what you need.
2. Computer, printer & blank t-shirts would be a necessary start. Also shipping supplies (boxes, labels, tape, et al), advertising (you've got to get the word out), ideas, labor (it will more quickly get to the point where you need another pair of hands than it will get to the point where you can afford to pay for the extra pair of hands) and much more. Good luck! Self employment is tiresome, exasperating, frustrating, boring and exacting. When you get everything in balance, however, it is very satisfying.
3. You are starting a business but have absolutely no idea how to start your business? Sounds like it will be a success. Do you just have the idea and want to know how to get it started? How are people going to pay? Can you accept credit cards? Have you gone to a bank to set up an account for your business? Do you have the funds to support and back up your business? How are you going to make the t-shirts? Do you have the equipment necessary to do this? Have you thought about shipping and handling costs for delivering your product? Have a business account set up with Fed-Ex or UPS or DHL or . . . . ? Lot of things for you to consider other than just the basics here. Think you should worry a lot less about the "QUICK!" part and do a little planning first.
