Is there anyone who can give me technical help regarding HP Designjet 10000s?

the problem is that black ink is not flowing in the tubes... if anyone had this problem before and is ready to help me, I would be grateful

1. the preeasure isnt right see if everythings connected & the points are peircing the cartridge. try to run solvant through in case the ink has dried crusty in the line.
2. In this point of time what i can suggest is, u can try to change the ink cartridges, or u ll have to replace the printer itself. In HP they don use to repair the printer...,.and also ur printer seems to be a pretty much old one
