Hp Designjet 130nr - printing on a roll - can you help?

I'm trying to print a 3m long artwork from Illustrator or photoshop, I can select "A1 on a roll" as the paper size but this means the printer keeps cutting off half way though the print when it gets to A1 length. Neither program will let me select custom size! Please help, i am in a new job and no-one here can help me :(
