HP Designjet 500 series plotter Unable to Print?

HP Designjet 500 series plotter Unable to Print When we connect the internet from another machine Plotter going to hang ie after connecting the internet plotter doesnt print For solving this problem we remove network cable and restart the machine With out internet everything is OK What can i do. One more thing ,how to configure HP Designjet 500

1. should have come with a setup disk.
2. Hi ,I would go to the HP web site and down load all the information I can get on your model printer.You should get the start up file on it.The part on not printing ,could be a system related problem. They may not be compatible with each other.I would check into that after reinstalling printer functions .Good Luck
