How to change belt on HP DesignJet 230 36" plotter?

I have the new belt but have not yet tried to put it on. Any suggestions?

1. There's a free multipart service manual that you can download for this printer. It's comprised of two .rar files and you must have both of them. You'll need WinRAR file archive software to open the .rar files and extract the Adobe .pdf document inside.
