How do I find the power of my Power Supply on my HP 563w?

I need to know the power before I consider installing a graphics card, but I can't find the answer either on the original manual or the HP website. Also, I've heard that HP Power Supplies are a bit hard to find and install. What is a good Power Supply for my aging HP 563w?
