- For the mouse: Go to the iball website and check if they have drivers for your mouse. It might help. I have added the link for you. If that doesn't work, try disabling your power saving features and screen saver. They have been know to cause problems in some hardware, causing them not to boot back up. If you dont know how to do this either google it or send me an email. For the printer: It could be a software problem. Try uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling with up to date drivers you can find in my second link. Or it could be hardware itself. For instance, the test page button can be stuck. Try hitting it a few times. The power behind the hit I leave up to you. Or just pressing it a few times after you have turned it on. Try unplugging the printer from the power for 10 mins. Or take out all its paper to see if it realises its empty and wake up somehow. Or if it has a default setting setting, try restoring it to its default values. Hope some of that might help something. Good luck!
