were do i find a 2gb ram stick upgrade for my hp laptop computer?

iv been all over the net and cant find an upgrade for my computer supposedly i can put 4gb of ram in my laptop but theres only 2 slots and all i can find is 1gb sticks does anyone know were i can find this info; compaq nx6325 hp

If you don't know the specs than go to the manufacturers web site and look up your model number and read the specs and what your system will support. 1. How much ram will it support ? 2. what type of ram will it support ? ( PC-100) (PC-2300) (PC-3200 ) (DDR) Then you can decide what to buy.
