How do i remove and clean or replace a hp laptop notebook computer, repair help?

do i open it, and take it out, or does the keyboard pop out somehow? i never opened a laptop, my h,g and backspace go out, and i get it going again by tapping on the side, or by pushing the keyboard to the right, just think it plug needs cleaned, or keyboard replaced? thanks how does the keyboard come out? thanks
