is there a program that you can download to reboot your HP laptop computer??

My laptop computer needs rebooting I don't have the disc is there a way you can download an reboot your laptop?

1. by rebooting one means restarting the computer and to restart any computer you don't need any disc what so ever. If you are talking about re installing the OS, then better get hold of a bootable Operating system disc, run it and install it.
2. You may be able to go the the HP website and purchase a restore disk set for your laptop.
