how to create a windows vista disk or backup disk to reinstall the fresh OS on my hp laptop computer?

If your HP didn't come with a Restore CD, or a Windows Vista CD, then you have to buy one. You can't make an install disk from within a working install of Windows.
The answer is not definate.. I could do this with XP, I would have to copy the i384 folder then "slipstream the service packs" I write down the serial # then make a "Boot" disk of it on cdr.. Bam .. New XP intall disk, can be used many difrent places! Why not do it with vista? the last comment was so definate, who ever wrote it must work for Microsoft, or have a buch invested in there stock.. lol
