How do I change the location of the taskbar on my hp laptop computer?

I want my hp laptops taskbar to be at the bottom of the display screan insted of at the right of th screan. How do I change the location of the taskbar on my hp laptop computer?

1. just right click on task bar and drag it to wherever you want put it
2. on the task bar, right click and select "lock the taskbar" so that there is NO check mark next to it. Then left click once and HOLD DOWN your (left) mouse button and DRAG it to where you want it. either, the left side of your screen, right side of your screen or top of your screen. :)
3. press Alt+Ctrl and press left arrow key ( use arrow key and make change)
4. I don't think HP should be too much different, so try hovering your mouse over the task bar itself, then rightclick and uncheck 'Lock taskbar' then just left click hold and drag it. This can also depend on the version of windows your running, if you useing XP, it's best to left click and hold over the clock part of the task bar, and don't have any idea about vista, but i'm sure it's similar.
