How much would it cost me to receive a package (Brand New HP Laptop) from US to the Philippines?

Will there be payments from my side for the shipment sent to me from the US to Philippines like duties and taxes? If so, how much would it be?

I'm sure there will be duty to pay, I live in Asia and have to pay duty on everything that is shipped to me. If the laptop is being shipped by a private party, have them place a low value on it and you'll pay less duty, but if the laptop goes missing, you won't get full value. How much the duty will be, I don't know Philippine duty rates.
