- Almost all laptops have wireless capabilities built in. You will need a wireless router in your house to connect to the Internet. Find out what type of wireless the laptop has and get a router that matches. I'm referring to the 801. a/b/g/n spec.
- Most of them do. I have HP Pavillion tx2000au. But I find wireless networks such a hassle. I find wired ones better, especially when connecting Vista to XP.
- Most modern laptops do. When going wireless try to go for 'draft N'. Its faster and has better coverage, but it does cost more. The older 'g' isn't that bad either, I use it (but with a 'n' router).
