How do you use the webcam on the HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop?

I just got the new HP laptop and it has the built in webcam. The webcam will work in AIM and MSN messenger, but how can I use the camera on it's own, for example to record my own videos or take pictures? Does anyone know??? or should I re-read the entire manual? ;)

2. Without knowing what operating system you're using it's hard to correctly answer your question. Have you ever used your built in web cam outside of AIM and MSN even once yet? 3. Rach i also have a hp notebook with a webcam and it wont let me use it on aim how do you use it on aim?
