Cheap laptops made in China?

Online buyer sites like ebay are offering new brand laptops and desktops (dell, sony, hp etc.) computers for significantly lower prices (up to 40% price reduction). Question is, are they reliable quality wise and does the factory waranty apply internationally? Would you risk purchasing something like that; claimed to be new and boxed and has factory waranty of at least a year from private re-sellers?

1. Sometime you get what you pay for and the cheaper it is the cheaper the computer. However, I have bought computers on eBay and I've been OK. Good Luck.
2. well,if you able to check every laptop boxes.you'll indeed find that most of it assembled and made in china.maybe china once upon a time famous for their fake goods or parts but not now.it's the cheap labour worker so company invested at third world country.but you can always take it or leave it.
