can dell laptops and hp laptops connect to the internet or do u need an express card?

were do i get express cards??????????????? were should i get some laptops?? TELL ME wat laptop is good for gameing? and the gameing laptop should be cheap :) i looking for gameing laptop that can load world of warcraft.
