Which is best place to get good and cheap laptops between UK and india?

Planning to get brand new laptop among Sony, HP and Dell? I would be going to UK in 2 weeks. Suggest me where could i get cheaper price and quality laptops

1. i. uk warranty will not cover india unless you buy a high end model with global warranty ii. uk prices are attrocious, post vat i believe buying in india is cheaper than buying in uk < vat paid is refundable, but procedure is pretty cumbersome > iii. keyboard layout will be uk. india uses us keyboard layout now mind telling us a little bit more on what / why you plan exact, so that we can tell you better
