Which is more reliable? Toshiba Satellite 420 or the HP TI350?

I want a Mac, but need a PC for the bar exam b/c the exam software isn't compatible with Macs. So, I need a PC laptop that is relatively cheap, but isn't going to crash on me. I saw these on sale on a couple of websites, so I thought one of them might be a good bet. I've never had a Toshiba or an HP (only a Dell and I HATE it). Both of these have 15.4" screens and seem to have the same amount of memory. I really only care about how reliable it's going to be, and how comfortable it is to type on it. Any thoughts?

1. toshiba is beter but you are comparing between two different speed processor,toshiba 420 is celeron 1.63 anf hp 1350 id sor solo 1.83 which is faster and is not same year manufactured,the 420 is older,go for hp is its not more expensive
