1. Price---would really help you get responses. Plus Specs. OS, Ram, Processor, Haddrive, Graphics Card, Software included, etc...
2. well, for one, this is not a selling forum. two, i do not think i could afford it, i only have $2.67 to my name. also, you need to add more details about the pc.
