HP Laptop please help?

2. It is an ok laptop, not best but not the worst. 1942 should be fine but css requires a faster processor and more video memory.
3. It would play either of those games. It has a lower end nvidia video card, but it meets the requirement of both games, since the video card is direct x 9 compatible. You might have to upgrade the ram to 2 Gb. Vista will run better. If you don't upgrade ram turn off all the Aero features. Vista is a pig when it comes to running games. XP is much better. HP make good laptops.
