What are the contents of sales package of a new hp laptop ?

1. The laptop has all the software installed already. It may contain an offer for AOL trial service & Microsoft Office trial. It also contains the Setup Guide,Quick Refence guide, Warranty, and other offers.
2. Usually, the laptop, power supply, warranty, factory-condition reset CD\DVD, and quick-start guide are included. Extras can usually be added at extra cost. Just check the HP website for details.
3. HP laptops no longer include a restore DVD. Instructions in teh package tell you to create new DVDs (2-4) or CDs (12-24). You MUST create restore disks before doing anything else, or risk not being able to restart the laptop if something bugs out.
