How to print from laptop to printer that is connected to PC?

I have a PC running windows and a new MacBook Pro. The MacBook is accessing the internet via wireless router. I want to print from my laptop to my Dell Laser Printer 5100cn that is connected directly to the PC. How would I go about setting up the network so I can print from my MacBook?
