Dell Laser 3010cn?

Can someone please tell me how to clean my Dell laser 3010cn printer? The quality of my print outs are poor and I'm guessing it needs cleaning I just don't know how to. Thanks

1. Near your clock on your computer double click on the printer icon There should be something in there that lets your clean it (the printer will automatically print stuff out to clean the ink and aline everything).
