my dell 1700 laser printer takes forever to spool is their a way to get aroung that?

1. Get a printer that's not made by Dell. Avoid Lexmark, also, as they have a tendancy to short and cause fire.

3. If it is USB 2.0 Compatible, then get a USB 2.0 PCI insert card for your system, and plug it into your computer through the USB 2.0 card. I did that and it speeds it up about 5 times faster.
4. Honestly, No because the 1700 can only do so much, you can ether wait or schedule a date with best buy... They'll probably just give you a certain upgrade on your system because it would be a waste of money to buy a new system... "That's allot of money"
