Dell Laser Printer 3100cn PCL6 Problem?

Our Dell Laser Printer 3100cn PCL6 chops off some of the right margin while printing.  It is gradually chopping off more and more. We've had to reduce our printing percentage slowly. We started out having to reduce it from 100% to 96% and now it's down to 91%.  Why is this happening?
