i am looking for a laser printer [b&w] of ppds format,linux copmatible.any suggestions?

we are a cendant hotel group.our tech support help only printers suggested by them. the printer should be linux copatible,ppds formatt.the printer they suggest is brother hl1440,lexmark e 230. e232.
