We are having printer problems with a Laser Lexmark 234N. It starts to print and stops half way. Help!!!?

What is the problem and how can we fix it?

1. It's a Lexmark. POS equipment. Need I say more?
2. My HP did the same thing. They told me to reintstall the software.
3. I hope you have some sort of warranty on yours... it may be a defect. I have a Lexmark printer. It worked fine for about a year, but then suddenly it no longer prints. Oh... it acts like it is printing... there is plenty of ink and everything, but nothing is on the paper. Have you gone through the troubleshooting mode on your computer on fixing the printer? If it still isn't working after that, bring it back if you can.
