about colour laser printers....?

i m planning to purchase a colour laser printers without catridge..i actually dont know about printers, my dad suggested this idea to purchase laser printers...can u pls tell me which laser printer is cheap and best??

1. My office uses Dell color laser printers. These printers are not the fastest in the world but being in the $300 to $400 range, they are a pretty good deal, and the printouts are descent quality. Predominantly we've had a lot of success with these printers. But be forewarned, they are delicate, and if they are not shipped carefully they will have lots of issues with alignment and quality.
2. first of all . most printer came with cartridge .i recommend a HP printer.i has one and it had been to so far . it picture quality is ready good and the price is reasonable. or may be a samsung or canon or dell.
