Can you print CD Labels using a Mono laser printer?

The printer is a OKI B4100. I'm concerned about the labels coming off the page when it turns on the drum. I don't really want to risk it unless I know it'll be ok. Ideas?

  1. You'll need ones which are laser printer safe anyway, as the fuser unit might melt the labels. Unless they say they're safe to use in a laser, don't.
  2. Yes you can with any printer just as Long as you have the program and paper to make the labels !
  3. Personally I've given up using any labels - they seem to get tatty, come loose & sometimes cause jams. I just use a marker pen to write directly on the disk.
  4. You'll be fine. I've printed those before and they're fine in my HP laser (1100 series).
