QUestion about Brother Laser HL 2040 printer?

My printer is 'dropping' letters. I just changed the drum and the toner cartridge ( should have just bought a new one) I use this printer heavily. Any suggestions?

1. Sounds like a driver problem or a fuser problem. Try re-installing the driver first. Is it dropping in a certain area on the page or even repeated in certain areas?
