hp deskjet...no toner?

i have anew hp deskjet 3900 series..its working but why i do i get this message no toner when i open the printer properties

1. Sometimes you will get this message when the toner cartridge is not correctly installed. Or If you are using a refilled cartridge and not a new from HP designed for you deskjet.
2. it may be, just may be, that you didn't take the tape off the cartridge head when you installed them. Hope this helps.
3. yes remove the seal on the cadredge. or may be drivers problem.Reinstall drivers.
